Eric Peterson of East Peoria was among those who received awards at the Salvation Army Tree of Lights Community Celebration on Feb. 9. Peterson received two awards, one for Most Individual Volunteer Hours in Peoria for ringing the bell a total of 23 hours from mid-November through early December in front of the East Peoria Kroger store; and one for Most Money Raised by an Individual Volunteer in Peoria for raising a total of $960.22.
