A gym space once dedicated solely to tumbling is being reimagined into a multi-use gymnasium featuring two full basketball courts, complete with striping for pickleball and volleyball. This flexible space opens the door to more recreation opportunities, more programming, and more ways for residents of all ages to play, compete, and stay active.

On the other side of the building a brand-new tumbling gym is taking shape to support a new tumbling program led by professionally trained instructors. With smaller class sizes capped at 12 participants, the program emphasizes safety, skill development, and individualized attention, giving young athletes the chance to truly shine.

The excitement doesn’t stop at the doors. The Park District plans to open the Livestock Lagoon Splash Pad around Memorial Day, just in time for warmer weather. The splash pad will be located near the Fon du Lac Farm Park. Featuring a fun farm animal theme, Livestock Lagoon is expected to be a popular summer attraction for families looking to cool off and enjoy time together close to home.

Beyond new facilities, the event calendar is bursting with energy. Community favorites are returning alongside new experiences, including Swing Into Summer, featuring a movie under the stars on the ball diamond, the nostalgic Flashback Flicks Movie Series, the bubbly fun of the End of Summer Foam Fiesta, hands-on excitement at Trucks & Trades, and many more events yet to be announced.
