Congratulations to the winner of the Folepi Town, Track Down raffle drawing, Timothy Russell and his wife! A photo of a mysterious location in East Peoria was posted on the East Peoria Festival of Lights socials and website. The location was of a water pump in the Levee District. Once figured out, many people wrote on slips and placed them in a raffle drawing for prizes. The winners received a $50 Visa gift card, 5 passes to Folepi’s Winter Wonderland drive-through display, a 3-month membership to EastSide Centre, and one overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Express of East Peoria. Additionally, they received a gift card from this year’s mystery sponsor, The Putt Club.
