Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 2, because the East Peoria Chamber of Commerce is bringing back one of the community’s favorite fall traditions—Oktoberfest! While this event is a business expo reserved for Chamber members to exhibit, the public is warmly invited to attend and explore everything local businesses have to offer.

Held annually, Oktoberfest is East Peoria’s premier business showcase, featuring a wide variety of local companies—from small businesses and non-profits to some of the area’s largest employers. Whether you’re looking to discover new services, connect with local professionals, or just enjoy a fun evening out, this event has something for everyone.

And let’s talk food! Each year, several area restaurants join in to create a “mini taste of East Peoria,” offering delicious samples that highlight the best of our local culinary scene. Come hungry and ready to try something new!

To add to the festive atmosphere, many exhibitors embrace the Oktoberfest theme with German-style decorations, costumes, and treats. While lederhosen and pretzels aren’t required, they’re definitely encouraged!
