Custom car and motorcycle enthusiasts can “Show Your Horsepower” at a special car show to benefit Central Illinois Riding Therapy (CIRT). The fundraising and family fun event is set for August 24, 10am to 3pm at Neuman Park, 305 Neuman Dr., East Peoria. 

Registration is open from 10 to 11:30 a.m., with participant voting from 12 to 2pm. Awards will be presented at 3pm to the Top 10 Cars, Top 3 Motorcycles, plus a Best of Show and CIRT Choice Award.

Family and friends are invited to see the line-up of cars and motorcycles, meet the CIRT horses, visit Fondulac Farm Park, enjoy food trucks and music, enter a 50/50 raffle, win door prizes and more.

Proceeds benefit CIRT, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that provides therapeutic riding lessons to children and adults with disabilities.
