Oktoberfest/Business Expo takes place on October 2nd at the Par-A-Dice Hotel & Casino, featuring a unique format that combines a members-only business exposition with public access to the festivities. Festival of Lights Parade on November 22nd opens the holiday season with a public celebration that brings the entire community together.

Winter Wonderland opens on November 28th, welcoming the public to experience the magic of the holiday season in East Peoria.

Beginning in October, the Chamber will offer sponsorship opportunities for the Festival of Lights Guide, presenting businesses with an exceptional marketing platform. This sponsorship opportunity offers remarkable reach with 30,000 guides printed and distributed throughout the community. The Festival of Lights attracts significant traffic, with 25,000 cars visiting Folepi's Winter Wonderland and over 100,000 total visitors experiencing the Winter Wonderland attraction.
