Fon du Lac Farm Park Has Reopened for the 2025 Season!
Fon du lac Farm Park, a cherished gem in East Peoria, has opened its barn doors for another season of fun and curiosity. Known for the way it takes visitors back in time to life on a 1920s farm and its family-friendly atmosphere, the park is ready to welcome visitors through this fall.
There’s so much to look forward to at the Farm Park! Kids will love meeting the farm animals, including horses, sheep, cows, and chickens, all happily residing in the park’s cozy barns. Did we mention goats? We were lucky enough to have two of our mother goats both give birth to twins this spring. You read that right — there are four adorable baby goats waiting to meet you! Beyond these furry friends, don’t miss out on the playgrounds and the chance to wander through the beautiful rendition of a 1920s schoolhouse.
Visiting the Fon du Lac Farm Park is much more than just a way to fill an otherwise empty Saturday afternoon, it’s a family tradition for so many in our community. Since opening its doors in 1981, the Farm Park has always been a beloved spot for residents and visitors, a place where you can take a step back, enjoy the day, and feed some adorable animals while you’re there.
Open Thursday through Sunday from 9 AM – 3 PM for their spring hours, and extended days of the week after Memorial Day, the Farm Park is ready for another season spent making memories and connecting with the community. We do ask that you please use caution when arriving at the park, as there will be construction intermittently this season in preparation for the neighboring Splash Pad installation beginning this year. For the latest hours and any questions, visit fondulacpark.com or call us at (309) 694-2195.
We hope to see you this spring as we anticipate the arrival of warm summer days and enjoy a day filled with fun and exploration at Fon du Lac Farm Park.
